Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and execution‑focused content leader to own and elevate our content ecosystem. This senior role involves shaping how the company communicates its value across social media, website, thought leadership, speaking engagements, video, and more, leveraging AI for enhanced content creation. Responsibilities Own and execute a comprehensive content strategy across various channels. Translate product capabilities and technical concepts into engaging content. Develop high‑quality copy for different formats (social, articles, website, executive materials). Lead the creation of speaking proposals, conference content, and executive thought leadership. Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams. Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and scale output. Maintain a consistent brand voice. Create compelling sales and marketing collateral. Identify new content opportunities and experiment with formats. Qualifications Strong understanding of technical products and ability to translate them into clear narratives. Self‑starter with the ability to take ownership and execute ideas. Highly creative with strong instincts for engaging content. Fast learner, able to quickly grasp complex products and industries. Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working with technical language and making it accessible. Experience using AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude). Ambitious, resourceful, and motivated by building from the ground up. Experience in AI, B2B, SaaS, or highly technical industries is a plus. Background in storytelling for founders or executive brands is a plus. Experience producing or directing video content is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range: $140,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with skills, experience, and location). Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage with a healthcare concierge.
