The representative will learn to present and promote medical products to healthcare providers, schedule and attend meetings with clinics and hospitals, and support surgeries. Daily tasks include prospecting new accounts, following up on leads, preparing basic sales materials, covering cases, restocking trays, and growing the overall business. The role also involves coordinating product demonstrations, responding to routine customer inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up after visits. The representative will collaborate closely with sales leadership and internal support teams while participating in training to build product knowledge, sales skills, and awareness of industry regulations.Qualifications Demonstrated interest in medical or healthcare-related sales, with a strong desire to develop a career in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information clearly and build rapport with healthcare professionals.Basic organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage a schedule, and document activities accurately.Comfort using common business software and tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM systems or willingness to learn them quickly).Ability to work in a hybrid environment, reliably travel within the New York, NY area for client visits, and work independently while staying aligned with team goals.High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for patient privacy and healthcare compliance requirements.Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as business, life sciences, or healthcare) or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous experience in customer-facing, sales, or service roles (internships, part-time, or entry-level positions) is beneficial but not required.
