Architectzero-downtime migration strategieswith high-throughput, low-latency patterns and robust sandbox testing. Build automation tooling inGoLang , shaping repeatable, resilient infrastructure foundations. Data Migration & Hydration Lead the secure migration oftransactional, customer, and metadata storesusing AWS DMS, Glue, Snowflake, and Databricks. DesignAI-enabled data hydration pipelinesfor schema inference, anomaly detection, reconciliation, and synthetic data generation with SageMaker, Bedrock, Anthropic Claude. Guarantee encrypted handling, reconciliation, and fully auditable hydration processes. Resiliency & Disaster Recovery Architectmulti-region active-active strategiesusing Route 53 health checks, Multi-AZ RDS, S3 replication. Integrate best-of-breed tools likeZerto, Veeam, Rubrik, CloudEndure, Veritasfor bulletproof recovery. Leadchaos-engineering programsand resilience rehearsals that prove recovery SLAs under real-world conditions. AI-Enabled Configuration, Provisioning & Management Automate provisioning withTerraform, GoLang, Pulumi, AWS Service Catalog . DeployAI agentsfor drift detection, remediation, optimization, and predictive scaling. Establishpolicy-as-code guardrailswith Sentinel and compliance automation. System Validation, Testing & Release Maturity Lead AI-assisted validation withAWS Fault Injection Simulator, Config, Inspector, Resilience Hub , plus chaos platforms like Gremlin. BuildCI/CD maturitywith automated regression, rollback, compliance gates, and continuous testing (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, TestRail, Postman, Tricentis Tosca). Driveproduction-readiness checks, reconciliation frameworks, and cutover runbooksthat guarantee flawless execution. Security, Observability & Compliance Enablement Enforceleast-privilege and secrets managementwith IAM, STS, Secrets Manager, KMS, Macie. IntegrateAI-driven detection and responsewith GuardDuty, Security Hub, and Splunk. Architectobservability at scalefor end-to-end transaction visibility and rapid incident resolution. Skills & Experience Must-Have Proven success inlarge-scale migrations, data-hydration programs, or payments platform transformations . Hands-on withGolang, Python/Java, Terraform/Pulumi, CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks . Deep expertise inresilient architectures, automated validation, and chaos engineering . Nice-to-Have Experience withtokenization, secure enclaves, or payment internals . AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Security, Machine Learning).
