.Net developer (Angular.JS/Silverlight)

Overview In this role you drive architectural decisions and hands-on development within a global delivery team. You will lead development efforts on the .NET stack, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable web applications. You will optimize performance, implement MVC and web services, and mentor junior developers. This is an opportunity to shape technical direction in a dynamic IT services environment. ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and integration of .NET-based applicationsDrive performance optimization for .NET applicationsDevelop and implement MVC Framework applications and Web ServicesCollaborate with offshore/onshore teams in a global delivery modelParticipate in Agile projects and participate in unit testingContribute to SQL Server database development and reporting tasks (SSIS/SSRS) when requiredSupport insurance domain projects and multi-stakeholder environmentsCommunicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and participate in code reviewsGuide junior developers and ensure quality deliverables Key requirements7+ years of experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC 4.0, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3)Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, WCF, SharePoint 2013/2016Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, JSON; MVC and ASP.NET MVC experienceExperience in performance optimization, Web Services design and integrationRelational database experience on MS SQL Server; Agile project experienceUnit testing experience (JUnit frameworks)SOA/ESB experience is a plusAbility to work onsite/offshore and in diverse stakeholder environmentsInsurance domain experience and global delivery environment familiarityExcellent communication and analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work in team with diverse stakeholdersAnalytical thinking.NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC 4.0)AngularJSHTML5, CSS3
