The organization has extensive disposal and collection networks and is a leader in beneficial use of landfill gas and heavy-duty natural gas truck fleets.2. About the Opportunity:The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a key role in supporting the compensation philosophy and strategy by designing and administering compensation programs that attract and retain talent. This position collaborates with Human Resources and management teams to develop solutions for compensation-related challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulations.3. Responsibilities:• Design and administer compensation programs including job architecture and market benchmarking• Consult with HR business partners and management on compensation policies and activities• Provide training and act as a subject matter expert on compensation processes and philosophy• Collaborate with HR Technology to optimize compensation system functionality and reporting• Conduct market pricing and salary survey analyses• Assist job evaluation and classification processes ensuring compliance and equity• Review pay structures and recommend adjustments• Prepare presentations summarizing compensation analyses and recommendations• Stay informed on compensation-related legislation and ensure compliance• Analyze compensation trends and perform ad hoc analyses4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or high school diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience• Must reside and work within the United States5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The expected base pay range is $110,000 to $125,000, subject to candidate experience, education, and work location.6.
