This is an operationally focused role for someone who can take ambiguous goals, build structure around them, and shepherd them to completion without heavy oversight.ResponsibilitiesLead internal PS initiatives end to end — defining scope, milestones, owners, and timelinesMaintain project plans, status reporting, and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into progress and riskCoordinate across PS delivery, operations, sales, and adjacent teams to remove blockers and keep work movingRun recurring program reviews and drive accountability on action items and deadlinesSurface risks, dependencies, and resourcing gaps early, with recommended paths forwardDocument processes and decisions so initiatives stay durable beyond any single effortQualifications5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within a professional services, consulting, or technology organizationProven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing prioritiesStrong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skillsComfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment with shifting prioritiesProficiency with project tracking and reporting tools (e.g.
