Dayforce Techno Functional
We are seeking an experienced Dayforce Technical/Functional Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize our Dayforce HCM platform. This dual-role position requires a strong understanding of both technical development and functional configuration within modules like HCM, Payroll, and Time Management. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to implement custom solutions, integrations, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and enhance Dayforce modules based on business needs
- Develop integrations using APIs and scripting (e.g., SQL, JavaScript)
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (functional and technical)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Support UAT, documentation, and user training
- Stay updated on Dayforce features and best practices
Qualifications:
- 5+ years Dayforce experience (functional + technical)
- Strong knowledge of HCM, Payroll, and Time modules
- Experience with Dayforce APIs, scripting, and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred: Dayforce certifications and experience in agile or ITIL environments.
