Dayforce Techno Functional

We are seeking an experienced Dayforce Technical/Functional Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize our Dayforce HCM platform. This dual-role position requires a strong understanding of both technical development and functional configuration within modules like HCM, Payroll, and Time Management. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to implement custom solutions, integrations, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure a seamless user experience.Key Responsibilities:Configure and enhance Dayforce modules based on business needsDevelop integrations using APIs and scripting (e.g., SQL, JavaScript)Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (functional and technical)Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirementsSupport UAT, documentation, and user trainingStay updated on Dayforce features and best practicesQualifications:5+ years Dayforce experience (functional + technical)Strong knowledge of HCM, Payroll, and Time modulesExperience with Dayforce APIs, scripting, and reportingExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred:Dayforce certifications and experience in agile or ITIL environments.
