Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Relocation / Reservation Specialist plays a key role in supporting marketing efforts, sales operations, remote site set-ups, customer service, and basic accounting tasks. This position acts as a primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries via phone and email while ensuring clear communication, accurate scheduling, and reliable follow-through.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Key Responsibilities Core DutiesAnswer incoming calls and assist with reservation scheduling and support Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email Communicate effectively between clients and internal teams regarding reservations, billing, maintenance issues, and damages Create and distribute reservation confirmations using reservation software Maintain accurate and organized records for units and reservations Prepare and assemble daily “Welcome Packets” Complete administrative tasks related to lease setup and closure, utilities, insurance, and background checks Coordinate and support remote location set-ups Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions Adapt to changing business needs and contribute to company objectives Additional DutiesPerform other tasks as assigned by management Assist in resolving customer service requests to ensure a positive experience Work closely with the Sales Manager and Office Management to support efficient operations
