What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage sales efforts for Engineered Building Systems within the Commercial and Industrial segments across the U.S.
Cultivate and expand relationships with key industrial customers and partners
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with execution capabilities
Drive sales pipeline development by actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
Develop and deliver impactful customer‑facing presentations and proposals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted
Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
Proven experience with industrial power generation, pump manufacturers, EPCs, or renewable energy developers
Strong consultative sales acumen with the ability to lead long sales cycles
Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in working with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or modular buildings
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with effective verbal and written communication abilities
Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
