Executive Assistant

Axcelis is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide highly skilled administrative support across various departments. This position will support Executives in charge of different functions. This Executive Assistant will need to have experience with: Calendar management, across multiple time zones International travel planning. Expense reporting experience Supporting World-wide Sales events, customer meetings, and team events. Supporting trade shows and investor events Internal Audits - scheduling interviews, assist auditors manage meeting during the audit Education and/or Experience Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of professional experience.
