This position allows you to work with young children in a nurturing school setting, making a lasting difference in their growth.Job Details:Schedule: Full-time, Monday to FridayStart Date: As soon as possible until the end of the school yearHours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PMSetting: Elementary school serving young studentsWork Mode: In-person onlyKey Responsibilities:Adapt and modify lessons and curricula to meet individual student needs and IEP goalsAssist in facilitating IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEPsCreate a learning environment that is suitable for the developmental stages and interests of studentsEstablish and communicate clear expectations for behavior and the school environment, utilizing positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques as necessary.
