Program Manager C5ISR

Program Manager C5ISR General Description: Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is looking for an experienced Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible to actively monitor, execute, and instill programmatic controls for programs. Program emphasis is relative to the integration and development of engineering programs that relate to C5ISR Systems and Aerial Delivery Systems. The Program Manager will work with engineering teams, Business Development (BD), Production, Supply Chain, Government Agencies, Customers (CONUS and OCONUS), and suppliers. Essential Responsibilities: Experience in military and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) engineering development programs. Experience in Engineering development programs Full life cycle experience: Front end BD and sales Pipeline through the development life cycle and into production and sustainment activities Skilled at balancing cost and schedule performance Experience with program reporting to upper management Experience building effective relationships with customers and suppliers Self-starter with a sense of urgency Experience with Earned Value Management System Experience with program Risks and Opportunities Experience as a primary focal into major customers and suppliers Experienced with writing/negotiating SOWs Manages to schedules and metrics Knowledge of working with ERP systems Required Qualifications: BS in Engineering or equivalent 10+ years of experience formally managing programs as a PE or PM 5+ years working as an engineer Experience with Requirement Management tools Experience with subcontract supplier management Experience as an Engineer or Technical Engineering Manager performing new product development would be a plus Ability to create, implement, and/or modify programmatic processes Experience of tactical radios, EO/IR systems, Radar systems, networking, and/or computing platforms/servers Experience with customer and government audits Experience with ISO audits Experience with Contracts, Terms and Conditions, etc Certified PMI PMP/PgMP Experienced with MS Project, Excel, Power Point and Word Understanding of ERP systems Must be a U.S. citizen with or with the ability to obtain a government security clearance Physical Demands & Work Environment Work is typically performed in an office setting While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, bend, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
