Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Associate located in Amesbury, MA. The role allows a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Office Associate will oversee daily administrative tasks, provide exceptional customer service, assist with basic accounting, and manage office operations to ensure smooth functioning. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, organizing records, and supporting team initiatives. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide professional support and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including filing, record-keeping, and coordinating schedules.Basic Accounting knowledge, such as managing invoices, data entry, and other financial processes.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in common office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent programs.Experience in property management or related fields is a plus. ```
