BuildandmaintainsimulationsusingProcessSimulate, ROBOGUIDE, Emulate3D, etc. Validatecycletime, throughput, JPH, andcapacity IdentifybottlenecksandimprovesystemflowSupportvirtualcommissioningwithPLC/HMI/robotcontrolsteams Developworkcelldocumentation, robotdata, payloads, videos, andreports Participateindesignreviews, builds, andcustomer/projectmeetings Concept, developandplanmachineroboticautomationsolutions, toincludecustomproductdevelopmentwhenrequired Conductfeasibilitystudiesandevaluationsincludingtheset-upandprogrammingofequipmentaswellastesting, reportwritingandpresentation 30%Travelrequired
