Account Specialist

A company is looking for an Account Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for clients and support business retention efforts. Key Responsibilities: Support clients in partnership with the Client Services team to enhance business retention Provide administrative support to ensure successful delivery of client service commitments Prepare and run client-specific reports to assist in account management activities Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a TPA, insurance, or related employee benefits environment Strong knowledge of self-funded health plans and employee benefit programs Familiarity with benefit-related federal regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
