This role requires a hands-on leader who can design scalable architectures, lead development teams, and actively contribute to coding and delivery.The ideal candidate will combine solution architecture capabilities with strong development expertise, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient cloud-native applications.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance AWS-based applicationsLead, mentor, and guide a team of developers across the development lifecycleDevelop and deliver robust solutions using Python and AWS servicesDesign and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deploymentsWork closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsDrive best practices in architecture, coding standards, and DevOps processesProvide hands-on support in development, troubleshooting, and production issuesEnsure performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of applicationsConduct code reviews and enforce quality and security standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience in Python development (API, microservices, backend systems)Deep expertise with key AWS services, including:Lambda, EC2, S3, API GatewayStep Functions, DynamoDB/RDSCloudFormation or Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, etc.)Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectureDemonstrated experience in solution architecture and system designAbility to lead teams and drive end-to-end executionStrong knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, and cloud-native development
