Field Service Assembly Technician - Biomedical

They achieve unprecedented levels of productivity while continually adapting to dynamic scientific, technological, and organisational structures.About The RoleWe are seeking a hands-on technician with both electrical and mechanical skills to support assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in collaborative environments and on customer sites.Key ResponsibiliesPerform electrical and mechanical assemblies using schematics, mechanical drawings, and written proceduresFollow established safety protocols at all timesWork effectively as part of a team and take direction from lead techniciansRead and interpret electrical and mechanical drawingsFollow procedures, documentation, and verbal instructions accuratelyMaintain high standards of quality and attention to detailTroubleshoot and diagnose DC and AC electrical issuesCommunicate with internal teams to report defects and quality concernsUse a computer to perform calibration and commissioning tasks on devicesComplete accurate and timely documentation for support cases, activities, and resolutionsCollaborate proactively with support and cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolutionsTravel internationally as required (typically 2–3 weeks at a time; initial training may require up to 5+ weeks)Work in confined spaces when neededLift equipment and components up to 25kgQualifications1–3 years of electrical and/or mechanical experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsEnglish proficiency at the C1 level (German or French language skills are an advantage)Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Understanding of electrical principles and standardsAbility to troubleshoot electrical systemsPersonal accountability combined with strong teamwork ethicsPreferred (Nice to Have)Background in automation or roboticsExperience working with ERP and PLM systemsFamiliarity with JIRA or similar ticketing systemsContact Tatjana Đukanović📞 +491632722818📧 tanja@evolvetalent.eu🌐 www.evolvetalent.eu
