Auto Body Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto body repair, auto painting, and vehicle restoration. This role involves repairing, restoring, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship, on classic cars, muscle cars to modern day vehicles. Experience with dealership repairs, and auto glass replacement is highly desirable. The Auto Body Technician will also be responsible for performing auto estimating and providing excellent customer service.*Responsibilities** Repair and restore vehicle bodies using hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, and other fabrication techniques * Perform auto painting * Replace or repair auto glass and perform auto glass installation as needed * Use auto estimating software to assess damages and prepare repair estimates * Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality specifications * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency * Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair progress and addressing customer concerns*Requirements** Proven experience in auto body repair, with dealership experience preferred * Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance * Skilled in auto painting equipment * Knowledge of auto restoration processes, and auto estimating software * Ability xtnlbfm to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently * Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients * Automotive repair or mechanic experience is a plus * Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $42.00 per hourBenefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Life insuranceWork Location: In person
