However, your application will only be kept for six (6) months JE Construction Services Proudly Offers:Safety-First Mindset Competitive pay with opportunities for overtime Comprehensive Benefits Package - Medical, Dental, Vision Retirement - Matching 401K program Growth Opportunities Referral Program Employee Bonus Program Position Description• Operates construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment including backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, or motor graders • Prepares construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation. • Uses excavating machinery to dig holes and trenches • Uses equipment to prepare for the construction of parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and roads. • Operates machinery used to build bridges, roads, and railroads. • Inspects equipment prior to beginning shift. • Performs routine maintenance. • Greases Equipment daily • Performs other related duties as assigned. Position RequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:Extensive knowledge of heavy machinery operation and capabilities. Knowledge of equipment maintenance Ability to follow instructions. Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational school training or apprenticeship preferred. On-the-job training offered. Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of operating heavy machinery. Able to work long periods including evenings and weekends when necessary. Must be able to operate machinery in all weather conditions and terrains. Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
