Implementation Manager Remote JOB DESCRIPTION Planning, coordinating, staffing, monitoring, controlling, facilitating, and taking responsibility for the successful completion of a Duck Creek delivery at Progressive.Proactively manage, monitor, and report the status of service management implementations and software development projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliveryCoordinate, manage, and ensure software quality, project timelines, and budget adherence for third-party software suppliersDocument project scope and facilitate the development of a detailed project plan or iteration planPerform change, risk, and issue management while managing communication with required stakeholdersCreate resource demand forecasts, perform schedule variance analysis, identify issues, and recommend alternative solutionsParticipate in resource performance management and support resource developmentLead end-to-end project management for validating Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD) cloud or colocation migration versus on-premise data center environments Required Skills:PMP CertificationCSM CertificationInsurance industry experience Nice to HaveCommercial Lines experience Additional Requirements:Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and leadershipCollaborate proactively to ensure shared understanding of goals, requirements, priorities, and timelinesFacilitate discussions, workshops, and meetings to drive alignment, transparency, and informed decision-Bottom of Form "All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran."
