Job Description Performproduction weldingfollowing standardized procedures and quality standards.Interpretblueprints and dimensional layoutsto fabricate components accurately.Weld usingTIG, GMAW (MIG), and Flux Core processesacross multiple materials.Set up welding equipment based on material type and thickness.Conductvisual weld inspectionsto identify defects such as porosity or undercut.Performmaterial preparationincluding cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces.Troubleshoot weld issues and identifyroot causes of defects .Assist infixture design and resolving fit-up challenges .Maintain production standards while producing consistent, high-quality welds.Grind and blend welds for finished product quality and appearance.#IND1
