This role focuses on workplace health, injury care, and compliance exams.ResponsibilitiesPerform pre-placement and employment physical examinationsConduct return-to-work and fit-for-duty evaluationsAssess and manage work-related injuries (initial and follow-up visits)Order and interpret diagnostic X-rays and laboratory testsProvide medical surveillance and exposure evaluations with follow-upsConduct health screenings and for-cause substance testingCollaborate with physicians, APNs, and multidisciplinary teamsRequirementsActive New Jersey NP or PA licenseDOT CertificationActive DEA and CDS licensesComfortable managing Workers Compensation cases
