Position SummaryThe Server Attendant supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless service execution by assisting servers, resetting tables, and anticipating member and guest needs. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, energetic, and take pride in teamwork and hospitality. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReset tables promptly, ensuring chairs and tabletops are clean and free of food particles or water spotsRemove dirty dishes from the dining room and load them properly into dishwashing racksRemove soiled linens and replace with fresh linensSet tables with clean linens, china, silverware, and glassware following proper placement standardsProvide fresh water to members and guests upon seating, handling glassware by the stem onlyAssist servers by carrying trays of hot food to the dining roomStock side stations with silverware, china, glassware, ice, and service suppliesMonitor tables during service to assist with water refills, clearing dishes, and guest needsAssist with coffee service, bread and butter service, and running beverage orders as requestedMaintain awareness of table sequences and dining room flowMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all timesRemain visible and available on the dining room floor throughout service periodsComplete assigned closing and deep-cleaning duties, including polishing silver and service equipmentAssist with function setup and breakdown for events and banquetsAttend all required Food & Beverage staff meetings Additional DutiesPerform other duties as assigned by management QualificationsEducation:High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience:One year of Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferredFine dining experience preferred Skills & Abilities:Strong teamwork and communication skillsAttention to detail and service standardsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor and strong work ethic Physical & Work Environment RequirementsContinuous standing and movement throughout most of the shiftFrequent bending, kneeling, lifting, pushing, and carryingAbility to navigate multiple surfaces including sand, grass, pavement, concrete, and indoor areasAbility to climb stairs and ladders as neededMay be required to operate golf carts or vehiclesWork is primarily outdoors (approximately 99%)Exposure to dishwashing and glass-cleaning chemicalsAbility to hear verbal requests, see banquet setups, and communicate clearly with members and staff Why Join KukioWork in a world-class private club environmentBe part of a professional, supportive Food & Beverage teamOpportunity to grow within hospitality and service rolesInteract with appreciative members and guests If you enjoy working in hospitality and take pride in supporting exceptional service, we invite you to apply and join the Kukio team today.
