Your day will include:Lead a team of technicians in delivering outstanding pest and mosquito control servicesTrain new team members and reinforce best practices in safety and serviceDrive to client homes and businesses and perform detailed property inspectionsApply control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipmentCommunicate with customers and ensure they're informed, satisfied, and loyalSupport scheduling, route planning, and inventory managementRepresent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and prideWhat We're Looking ForPrior leadership or supervisory experience (home services, retail, restaurant, or field team)Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solvingExcellent communication and organizational skillsEye for detail and commitment to safetyValid driver's license and clean driving recordWillingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environmentYou Might Be a Great Fit If You HaveExperience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenanceManaged small teams or trained others in any settingCustomer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.)A passion for leading others and taking ownership of resultsCompany OverviewAt Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting of Northern Nassau County, we're not just in the pest business; we're in the loyalty business.
