We’d love for you to join our team!Job SummaryThe Functional Implementation Owner is a specialized role responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of systems, products, or solutions from a business and end-user perspective. This role serves as the functional bridge between business stakeholders, users, and technical teams, ensuring that the delivered solution meets defined business requirements, supports real-world workflows, and delivers the intended functional value.ResponsibilitiesOwn the functional implementation of assigned systems or solutions from initiation through go-live and stabilizationTranslate business requirements and user needs into clear functional expectations for implementation teamsEnsure the solution supports end-to-end business processes and user workflowsAct as the primary functional point of contact for business stakeholders and implementation partnersValidate that delivered functionality aligns with approved requirements and business objectivesLead or support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage, and functional validationIdentify functional gaps, risks, and impacts, and work with stakeholders to define resolution strategiesSupport change management, training input, and transition-to-operations activitiesProvide ongoing stakeholder communication regarding functional readiness, impacts, and adoptionEnsure the implemented solution delivers measurable business and operational valueEducation And ExperienceBachelor’s degree (required)Minimum of seven (7) years of experience supporting or leading system, product, or solution implementationsRequired SkillsDemonstrated experience working closely with business stakeholders and end usersStrong understanding of business process analysis, functional requirements, and user workflowsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teamsDesired SkillsExperience serving as a functional lead or owner during enterprise implementationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to balance business needs with implementation constraintsExperience supporting UAT, training, and change adoption activitiesComfortable operating in complex or matrixed environmentsSecurity ClearanceUS citizenship required and the ability to obtain a CBP security clearance.More About B&ANotable ClientsB&A has grown to be a company that is trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
