This role is our first non-owner hire and is foundational to the future of the company.Role Overview:This role is primarily sales-driven, with estimating and client ownership responsibilities. You will be responsible for:Generating new business through networking and outbound relationship buildingOwning estimates and proposals (with review early on)Acting as the primary point of contact for clients from first conversation through project completionHelping retain and grow existing customer relationshipsSuccess in this role means creating revenue, building trust, and freeing up the owner’s time to focus on growth and strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development:Actively generate leads through chambers and networking groupsBuild relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, and brokersConduct local business outreachRepresent Vantage Point at networking events and meetingsOwn the full sales cycle from first conversation to closeCompensation & Structure:Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow into full-timeBase + commissionTarget Year 1 compensation: ~$50,000Clear upside as revenue responsibility increasesGrowth Path:This is not a short-term role.
