AWS/Edifecs Developer (Remote)

Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Senior EDIFecs Developer in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. The Senior EDIFecs Developer is a full stack engineer who designs, develops, and integrates solutions to solve business and technical requirements across EDI applications. Candidate must be passionate about technology, writing code and solving problems; able to work both independently and in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management; a motivated team member who enjoys learning and sharing knowledge. Design, develop, and maintain high quality softwareWrite clean, secure, efficient, and modular codeSimplify and improve existing application code ensuring high unit test coverageIdentify potential problems and resolve application bottlenecksCollaborate with Product Owners, Quality Engineers, Scrum Masters, and SoftwareEngineers on your team as well as external teams to deliver value to our customersMaintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies, industry trends and standardsProvide mentoring to junior engineersRequired Experience / Qualifications:7+ years of software development experience with a successful track record of production ready solutionsDeep understanding of all things "database” - schema design, optimization, scalability, etc.Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Teradata, MongoDBExperience with continuous integration and source code control such as GitLab, GitHub, TFS.Proficient in EDI applications: Edifecs v9.1, BizTalk 2016, SSIS, and their componentsWorking knowledge of X12N transactions, HL7 messages, and FHIRExperience working with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDBWCF, Web Services, Java, C#, .NET framework, SQL/SSIS development related to EDIAPI Apps, API Management PortalVisual Studio Team Foundation Server (VSTFS)MS SQL Servers 2012, 2014, 2016 System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), SCOMDesired Experience / Qualifications:Experience with AIExperience with Scrum/SAFe Agile FrameworkExperience with JenkinsBachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent work experience
