Practice Lead – Enterprise Billing

Primary Duties: Participating in requirements finalization with the business stakeholders; Preparing high level and detailed design, along with System Test plans – with specific focus on OBRM and all interfacing applications; Responsible for implementation as per the design, preparation of functional test plans and scenarios; Providing guidance for the automation of unit and functional testing scenarios and supporting in the execution; Working in the role of OBRM Billing Subject Matter Expert, should be able to help in interfacing with all the interfacing applications and stakeholders; Working on Build and environment process improvement; Assisting in Impact Analysis, POCs, Upgrade, System Test support and Deployment Support; Support E2E testing; Providing Production support and helping in triaging of issues and getting them resolved using internal and external resources. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or any related field. Minimum 3-4 years of related experience. Detail orientated with excellent time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
