Porter - Service Technician-Commercial Property Blown Away LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Porter Service Technician to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of commercial properties in Central Florida. This role is hands-on, independent, and essential to ensuring our client properties are well maintained and presentable. Refuse and waste management are the primary functions of this positon. Blown Away USA has been the leading property mangement services company in Central Florida since 2000. Responsibilities Operate company vehicle on assigned routes servicing commercial properties. Perform litter and refuse management at walkways, parking lots, dumpster enclosures, and property perimeters. Changing can liners at property walkway trash cans. Clear cobwebs from canopies, light fixtures, and windows. Identify and report any repair, appearance, or safety issues. Document and report services performed with CompanyCam App. (smartphone app provided). Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Maintain a consistent schedule, including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications Valid driver license from a U.S. state within the continental United States. Must be over 21 years old. Driver license held for at least 3 consecutive years. Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR): No more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years. No DUI, Reckless Driving, or other “Type A” violations in the past 3 years. Ability to drive a manual transmission truck. Experience in property management / cleaning services. Must maintain a functional smartphone with ability and capacity to use reporting app (CompanyCam). Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail and having an understanding real estate curb appeal concepts. Ability to work independently and show initiative. Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and common cleaning products. Good communication and willingness to take direction and feedback. Reliability and commitment to maintaining schedules and client standards. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience). Hours: 45–50 per week. Shift: Day shift (scheduled weekends and holidays required). Type: Full-time. Company service vehicle and tools provided.
