Content Instructional Assistant
REPORTS TO: Building PrincipalFLSA CLASSIFICATION: Hourly Non-ExemptCOMPENSATION: Based on Classified Pay ModelWORK CALENDAR: 183 DaySTANDARD HOURS: 6.75 Hours/DayPERF: CPCSC is a Non-PERF DistrictResponsibilitiesProvide instructional assistance as needed.Follow the IEP as written and developed by the teacher of record.Perform all duties as indicated by the supervising teachers and the administration.QualificationsThe preferred candidate will be a licensed elementary teacher; at least 48 college credits; an associates degree or willing to take and achieve a passing score on the ParaPro Assessment prior to beginning work.The preferred candidate will have experience working with elementary aged children.The preferred candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively.
