IT Solutions Engineer

As an IT Solutions Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and security solutions for our clients. You will work across diverse environments including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures to deliver secure and efficient technology solutions. Responsibilities • Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions including servers, networks, and cloud environments * Deploy and configure security tools including EDR, SIEM, and identity management solutions * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client environments * Develop automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency * Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures * Participate in security assessments and remediation efforts * Collaborate with SOC and GRC teams on integrated security solutions * Stay current on emerging technologies and security trends Qualifications ? 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or similar role ? Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration ? Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) ? Familiarity with networking concepts, firewalls, and VPNs ? Experience with endpoint security solutions and deployment ? Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) ? Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities ? Excellent documentation and communication skills Preferred Qualifications + Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) * Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, or equivalent) * Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration * Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools * Experience in MSP/MSSP environment What We Offer ?
