Responsibilities Duties may include (this list is not all inclusive): Snow shoveling and plowing. Painting and Drywall Repair. Electrical. Plumbing. Boiler Maintenance. General Repair/Carpentry/Handyman work and maintenance in occupied units and turnover work. Tenant work orders as needed Grounds maintenance/cleaning Qualification & Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Supply your own tools (we do provide larger equipment and some tools for you). Live within the Dickinson area. Available for being on call for after-hours emergencies. Experience preferred but not necessary. High attention to detail. Great customer service. Must be able to cost effectively analyze work needed and problem solve. Must have great customer service and people skills as a large portion of this job will involve tenant interaction.
