RESTAURANT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:History of success in developing high-performing teams Full-service restaurant manager experience of at least five years in a high-volume corporate structure A Strong leader with a good head on their shoulders Good work tenure, no more than three jobs in the last five years Experience working in a full-service restaurant with high alcohol sales Must have at least $4MM sales volume experience Must be able to train away from your home market for up to 8 weeks, with availability to return home during days off RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:Hire, evaluate, and develop the staff P&L responsibilities Hands-on team leader Develops and implements business strategies that are aligned with the company's brand standards RESTAURANT MANAGER BENEFITS: Competitive salary and quarterly bonus potential Paid Vacation Great insurance package, including health and dental Positive and fun work environment Opportunity for growth
