Job Description ITE Management, a leading investment manager specializing in the transportation sector, is looking for a Paralegal to join its Legal & Compliance team in New York.Founded in 2014, ITE targets real asset investment opportunities that are cash yielding with downside protection, and benefit from a team with deep, longstanding relationships and financial and operating expertise. Today, the firm manages nearly $12bn of assets globally across rail, intermodal, aviation, and emerging technology strategies with office locations in NYC, Chicago and St. Louis.The Paralegal will assist the Legal and Compliance Department with various legal and compliance matters and will be an integral part of the firm's growth. The position is based in the New York office.Responsibilities:Coordinate the formation, organization and administration of ITE's legal entities and related governing documentsOrganize and enhance document and entity management record keeping across FirmAssist with closing documentation for pending transactionsRespond to various KYC/AMLrequests from counterpartiesManage and assist with legal and compliance requests related to NDAs, marketing materials and vendor agreements under the supervision of ITE's GC/CCO and AttorneyReview marketing and sales material to ensure consistency and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, etc.Assist with counterparty and service provider risk assessments, including AML/Sanctions due diligence checksCoordinate preparation of various regulatory filings and compliance policies as neededAssist with various legal and compliance tasks as neededRequirementsAt least 3 years of work experienceBA with excellent academic credentialsPrevious experience working at a CORPORATE law firm or in the legal and/or compliance departments of a U.S. registered investment adviser Previous AML/KYC and entity management experience a plusExcellent verbal and written skillsExcellent time management skills with attention to detailWell organized, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projectsSalary Range:Estimated base salary range for this position is: $100,000- $130,000. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
