Job Description Job Location – Burbank, CAType - Contract (5 Months)Pay Rate – $64.29 Per Hour (W2 Only)Job SummaryThe Technology team builds innovative technology solutions that support production, production finance, and business affairs across multiple studios and platforms. We partner with stakeholders to solve business problems in ways that improve operational efficiency and deepen insight into how our productions run. We're looking for a Software Engineer with Airtable development experience to help support and grow our suite of production tools.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain Airtable bases, interfaces, and automationsDevelop scripts and integrations that connect Airtable to internal tools and third-party systems via APIs and webhooksSupport the development and maintenance of cloud and SaaS-based applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Airtable bases, automations, and integrationsPartner with stakeholders and developers to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutionsDocument system architecture, workflows, and processes for internal referenceBasic Qualifications2+ years of experience developing in Airtable, including bases, interfaces, and automations/scriptingProficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python)Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both developers and business stakeholdersStrong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to assess technical issues and determine their impactPreferred QualificationsExperience with cloud or SaaS application developmentProficiency in Python and/or Node.jsExperience with a relational database (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)Experience building web apps using Angular, Spring Boot, or similarExperience building serverless services in AWSExperience with SnowflakeFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and agentic or multi-step AI workflowsExposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks for connecting tools and data to AI agentsExperience working at a major studio or in the entertainment/media industryThis person can be remote BUT they should be near the West Coast.
