Must be self Motivated and a Good leader! Looking for someone with property Maintenance experience. Cutting grass, trimming shrubs, spring and fall cleans ups, landscaping And hardsaping knowledge would be great!! You need to be Familiar with small engines and able to use weed whip, backpack blowers, lawn mowers, shrub trimmers. Experienced bobcat Operator would be a bonus! Must have clean driving record! Job Types: Contract, Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: 10 hour shift 4x10 License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
