Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves working with machinery? At Vector, we’re all about precision, efficiency, and quality and we will train you! If you’re ready to take on a fast-paced role, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
Operate and troubleshoot production line machinery (grinders, staple guns, drills, and more!)
Perform equipment changeovers and minor repairs
Ensure top-notch quality control—adjust and reject products as needed
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Adapt to challenges and take on additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
A detail-oriented problem solver with a strong work ethic
Experience with production machinery (or a willingness to learn)
A commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork
Hours:
1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 am - 4 pm, occasional OT on Fridays
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4 pm - 2:30 am, occasional OT on Fridays
