Application Deadline: 2/4/2026 Availability: Monday- Friday JOB SUMMARY: The Distribution Associate is responsible for preparing product orders to be delivered to retail locations. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviews product orders and creates order manifests within various software platforms Prints invoices Prepares and packages orders for transportation Inspects all products for quality and compliant labeling/packaging Processes intake of all deliveries within the distribution center including auditing and inspecting deliveries, unloading, and organizing products Assists with audits for all products in inventory Leads intake of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management Receives, labels, and organizes all products into inventory Other duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education Must hold or obtain a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding the storage and distribution of cannabis products Experience with materials handling, inventory control, shipping, and/or receiving PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Standing for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs. Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes or items.
