Fence & Deck Depot is looking for an experienced Deck Installation Subcontractor to install decks in the greater St. Louis Metro Area. This is a subcontracting, year-round outdoor construction role in Deck installation of residential projects.What You’ll DoRun your own crew to Install decking:Laying out jobsManaging job operations, delegating tasks and managing crew.Loading and unloading materialsDigging holes and using shovelsUsing basic hand tools (tape measures, hammers, speed square)Using basic power tools (circular saws, nail guns, drills, impact screw gun).Reading a levelDriving vehiclesCoordinate with Company Production department in scoping jobs and completing project per details in installer’s packet. All materials are provided.Working occasionally on SaturdaysWhat We’re Looking ForAbility to perform physical outdoor work dailyComfortable lifting 50–80 lbs. and working on your feetReliable, with a strong work ethic, having the ability to deliver quality construction at a pace commensurate with a well experienced, and well coordinated team.Ability to provide own crew, truck, trailer and tools.Commercial insurance required.Valid driver’s licenseWork EnvironmentOutdoor, year-round work in varying weather conditionsLocal travel to job sites in the St. Louis areaFull-time hours with consistent schedulingPayPay administered on a predetermined piece rate scale.Rate sheets available at interviews.Apply TodayJoin a team that values hard work, reliability, and learning a skilled trade.
