This is a techno-functional role with responsibilities evenly split between Workday integrations development and functional configuration/support.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules, integrations, reporting, and production support. This role requires close collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions and support ongoing optimization initiatives.Required Qualifications5+ years of hands-on Workday experience supporting or implementing HCM modulesStrong experience with Workday integrations including EIB, Studio, and Core ConnectorsFunctional expertise in Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Reporting, or CompensationExperience working with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or UKGStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsExperience working with technical and business stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred QualificationsExperience with Payroll, Core Financials, Expenses, Security, and Prism AnalyticsExperience supporting Workday in a managed services or center-of-excellence environmentBusiness analysis and requirements gathering experienceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWorkday Pro Certification in multiple modules preferredWorkday EnvironmentCurrent modules supported include:Core HCMRecruitingBenefitsPayrollSecurityReportingCore FinancialsExpensesPrism Analytics
