Logging Truck Driver

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting forest products, both logs and chips, over various distances while adhering to all safety regulations.Duties:Safely operate trucks to transport goods to specified locationsPreform daily Inspection of vehicles for mechanical items and safety issuesUse of ELD to document and log work/rest periods and miles spent drivingComply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as company policiesManeuver trucks into loading or unloading positions and assist with loading and unloading as needed.Requirements:- 4+ years of Commercial driving experience in a logging truck.Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles as well as automaticAbility to handle various types of trailers in addition to the grapple truck is a plus.Low Bed experience is a plus.Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.Experience with heavy equipment operation such as skidder is a plusAbility to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.Must have a clean driving record and valid medical card.Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningPay is dependent on experience.Join our team as a Driver and enjoy competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your skills are valued.
