Responsive recruiterBenefits401(k) matchingEmployee discountsFlexible scheduleProduction Supervisor / Print Production SpecialistBuckhead – Atlanta | PostNet GA131Part-Time | 30–35 Hours/Week (Mon–Fri, Flexible Schedule)About The RolePostNet GA131 is hiring a Print Production Manager/Specialist to lead day-to-day print operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.This role is ideal for someone with experience in print production, graphic design, digital printing, or hands-on operations who takes pride in quality work and enjoys managing projects from start to finish.You’ll play a key role in ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time, while also supporting front-counter operations as needed.ScheduleMonday–FridayFlexible between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM30–35 hours per weekAdditional hours available during busy periodsCompensation & Benefits$16 and up per/hour (based on experience)401(k) with up to 3% employer matchHealthcare available (employee-paid)Employee discount on print and shipping servicesKey ResponsibilitiesManage print jobs from file setup through final productionPrepare print-ready files (bleeds, crop marks, layout, resizing, cut files)Perform basic graphic design and customer file editsOperate digital printers and finishing equipment (cutting, laminating, binding, etc.)Ensure color accuracy, quality control, and on-time productionHandle multiple jobs and communicate status with teamMaintain production workflow, supplies, and organized workspaceAssist customers with print orders, POS transactions, and general store supportQualificationsExperience in a print shop, production, or similar environmentHands-on experience with digital and/or wide-format printingFamiliarity with finishing equipment (cutting, laminating, bindery)Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of print file setup (bleeds, crop marks, sizing, color modes)Ability to preflight, troubleshoot, and prepare customer artworkDetail-oriented with strong organization and multitasking skillsAble to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join UsWork in a locally owned, community-focused businessHands-on role with variety and ownershipSupportive, small team environmentOpportunity to build skills across print, operations, and customer serviceCompensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourAt PostNet, we offer careers for everyone!
