This position is responsible for grinding and polishing equipment to correct defects and prepare surfaces for finishing. Polishers work with shop machinery and basic hand tools, as well as build documents and drawings, to grind or polish products according to customer specifications. Polishers must have a strong attention to detail to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
