Department: School of International Service Time Type: Part time Job Description: Summary: The SIS International Relations Online Programs office administrates two online graduate programs, the Master of Arts in International Relations (MAIR), and the Executive Master of International Service (MIS). This office is seeking part-time administrative, programmatic, operational, and research assistance for Fall 2024, with the option to continue in the next semester based on Fall 2024 performance. Marketing social media projects. Support programmatic activities and events. Assist with day-to-day office duties. Special projects as assigned. Handle sensitive information with discretion. Salary range: $17.50 – $22.00 per hour. (determined by student’s year) Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Part-Time. 4-8 hours per week. Required Education and Experience: A High School diploma or its equivalent is required. Excellent writing skills High level of maturity and professionalism Initiative and attention to detail Preferred Education and Experience: Major, minor, or interest in international studies/international affairs is preferred. Social media marketing knowledge is a plus, experience with Canva, and content curation are highly desired—general proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and use of Google platforms.
