Driver - DeCook Excavating

Responsibilities:Transport material to and from various job site locations in a timely mannerCommunicate with equipment operators, customers and office staff to ensure correct product/delivery locationVerify products requested and loaded for accuracyVerify weights to ensure equipment does not exceed weight restrictions or local lawsComplete pre and post trip inspection of equipment, oil check, lights, wheels, etc.Clean/grease equipment on a weekly basisMaintain and complete truck logs, both paper and electronicReport equipment repairs in a timely mannerComply with safety policies and regulationsAware of overhead and surrounding obstructionsCourteous in residential areasMaintain CDL and Health CardRequirements:Valid driver's license and reliable transportationMust be 18+Able to meet physical demands of the jobSuccessful completion of background check, motor vehicle report and drug screenCDL requiredPhysical Demands:Greasing equipment - Bending, Crouching, Stoop, Kneel, CrawlScrape out material from dump bedLong periods of sitting (Driving) timeFatigue from driving (mentally etc.)Benefits:Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - medical participants are eligible for HSA account with company contributionPTO / Paid Holidays401k Retirement Plan with Company MatchAnnual boot/clothing coupon after first yearHome every nightCDL & med card reimbursement program
