Change Management Manager

Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.Job Title: Change Management ManagerJob Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)Job Duration: 8 months (possible extension, potential FTE conversion TBD)Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PMSummaryThe Change Manager will deliver end-to-end change management across complex, global transformation projects. Focus areas include:Implementing new technology platformsDriving process improvementsSupporting transition initiatives and organizational restructuringEmbedding strategies that foster readiness, engagement, and sustainable behavioral changeResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with senior leaders, project teams, and impacted teams.Prepare SMEs and end users for change, deliver key messages, and assess changes across projects.Design and execute creative engagement campaigns tailored to impacted audiences.Translate project information and data into compelling visuals.Develop and deliver communications articulating vision, benefits, and implications of change.Conduct readiness and adoption assessments to evaluate preparedness and track progress.Support training strategies, plans, and materials to embed new ways of working.Refine methodologies and integrate best practices, especially for AI and digital transformation.Requirements8 10+ years of experience in end-to-end change management for large-scale implementations.Proven expertise in driving adoption of digital solutions through change interventions.Experience supporting org design and developing change plans for new operating models.Ability to conduct readiness/adoption assessments and track transformation progress.Experience designing engagement campaigns for AI and digital change.Strong organizational skills managing content repositories (SharePoint, Teams).Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with credibility at senior leadership level.Ability to analyze engagement data and feedback to refine interventions.Ability to define SLAs and KPIs to measure change success.Relevant change qualifications (PROSCI, APMG, CMI).Education & InterviewEducation: Bachelor s degree preferred (experience considered in lieu).Interview Process: 1 2 rounds, virtual and/or in-person.Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
