Own end‑to‑end MCAD service delivery, acting as the primary escalation lead for Horizon, NX, Teamcenter, Ansys, and related tools. Lead operational support for VMware/Omnissa Horizon (Windows & macOS), ensuring performance, stability, and user experience. Oversee deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle management of MCAD and simulation applications. Coordinate HPC cluster access, job execution issues, license usage, and capacity constraints with infra teams. Manage user accounts, entitlements, licenses, and SMB/CIFS file share access across platforms. Drive troubleshooting of network, VPN, and connectivity issues impacting VDI and MCAD workloads. Own and improve automated onboarding workflows; debug and resolve automation failures. Act as TPM across infra, application, security, and vendor teams to manage dependencies, changes, and risks.
