Full Stack Developer – MERN Stack
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and implement dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.
Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend services.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards.
Design and optimize MongoDB databases to support application requirements.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across the full stack.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
Conduct unit testing and support integration testing to ensure software quality.
Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js.
Experience with MongoDB and Express.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of frontend and backend application architecture.
Experience with database design, queries, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of web application security, scalability, and performance tuning.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building and deploying scalable, production-ready web applications.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and modern frontend development practices.
Experience with application monitoring and production support.
Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions.
