The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in web development, SharePoint configuration, and UI/UX principles to deliver user-friendly and secure applications. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications. Implement web-based solutions to improve collaboration and business processes. Apply UI/UX principles to optimize user experience and interface design. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SharePoint environments. Ensure compliance with DHS standards, security policies, and accessibility requirements. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in SharePoint development/engineering or web development. Active DHS clearance (required). Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, administration, and customization. Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET, Power Automate/PowerApps). Excellent communication and writing skills. Proof of relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Web Development).
